Gelateria Fatamorgana

Gelateria Fatamorgana on Via Ostiense offers a range of unusual and delicious gelato.

Right at the edge of Testaccio, on Via Ostiense near the Piramide metro station, Gelateria Fatamorgana is definitely worth a visit for any lover of gelato.

There are also plenty of unusual tastes on offer to tempt the more jaded palates: pear and gorgonzola, poppy seed, and Kentucky (chocolate with tobacco) are on offer alongside the more usual chocolates and fruit flavours. The wide range and rich flavours make repeat visits a must—fortunately, it’s close to the Piramide metro station.

Cups of gelato at Gelateria Fatamorgana start at a reasonable €1.50, and ice cream cakes and other desserts are available during the summer months. They have another branch on Via Lago di Lesina.
